Warranty & Pledge

What we can tell you for sure

• If there is a manufacturing defect, that's a problem we own. Send us a picture of the problem, and we'll mail you a replacement.

• If you don't use your BagYak, you can return it two weeks after your purchase, and we will refund you.

• If you use your BagYak and can honestly tell us that a tarp works better you can mail it back for a full refund.

If you use your BagYak to haul something

• If you damage your BagYak by doing something improper (see below) we stand by our products and we (like you) believe in looking someone in the eye and owning our mistakes. This means a lot to us, and we know it means a lot to you.

Proper use of BagYak

• BagYak is designed and engineered to the highest standards, and these products will haul leaves, sticks, brush, and grass clippings day after day, year after year. If your BagYak breaks doing these things during the first 90 days, we will refund you or send you a replacement— your choice.

Improper ways to use BagYak

• If you fill your BagYak with bricks, construction debris, gravel, sand, broken concrete, concrete blocks, broken pavement, shards of glass, demolition materials, or other ridiculous sharp and heavy objects- we can't cover it. This only makes sense.
